On Sunday, 19th of February 2023, a big conference of benefactors was held in the garden of Sarvestan Mehriz with the help of Haj Ahmed Karimian. The benefactors of the school, together with the members of the board of trustees and the board of directors of the institution, as well as the managers of the various levels of the educational complex, gathered together in Sarvestan Garden to get to know each other more in order to optimize the fields of growth and excellence of the future builders of the society and the province. The playing of the institute's national anthem, the happy and diverse programs of the educational complex's artistic students, and the documents and speeches of the special guests were milestones in this gathering. 

Also, Javad memorial symbol had been implemented, with the consensus of the members of the Communications Development Council: - Mohammad Emami - Davoud Pak Tinat - Dariush Poursarajian - Hossein Shams - Massoud Bradaran under the management of Gholam Ali Sefid and the responsibility of the coordination department: Najmeh Taqeh Baf by the prominent graphic artist of the province Hossein Kahafi and the jury of design it was unveiled. This memorial was placed in the framework of the regulations with the aim of honoring prominent people related to the institution and the purpose of donation.
