According to the Public Relations Office of the Javad Al-Aemeh Cultural Charity Institute, the ceremony was attended by managers of the institute and educational complex. During the event, the first-cycle girls' elementary school in District 1 was officially named after the late Mohammad Javad Shahsavari.

Gholamali Safid, the Managing Director of the Javad Al-Aemeh Cultural Charity Institute, expressed gratitude for the benevolent efforts of the institute's donors. He provided a report on the donors’ contributions to constructing, completing, and equipping Javad Al-Aemeh schools. He acknowledged that Mohammad Reza Shahsavari, a philanthropic supporter, had left a lasting legacy through his contributions to the institute’s activities since its inception. He also participated in funding the first-cycle girls' elementary school, which was named in honor of his late father, Mohammad Javad Shahsavari.

The event included reports on the school's activities by the principal, performances by students, including songs, traditional daf music, and poetry recitations.

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of the Javad Medal and a certificate of appreciation to the benefactor, marking the official naming of the first-cycle girls' elementary school in District 1 of the Hazrat Javad Al-Aemeh Educational Complex in honor of the late Mohammad Javad Shahsavari.
